Orders placed by 1pm, Monday to Friday - Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed after 1pm, Monday to Friday, at Weekends or on Public Bank Holidays - Dispatched Next Working Day

CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE - Orders received by 1pm are processed the same day, usually within 2-hours. You will be sent an email informing you once your order has been picked and is ready for collection. Goods will be reserved for 3 days and should be collected within this time period to avoid the order being cancelled. You can find our store opening times on our store locator page. A processing fee of £4.99 will be applied to all uncollected and cancelled Click & Collect orders.

Please Note:
Whilst all attempts are made to fulfil orders on time, we may sometimes be unable to do so due to events out of our control. We will notify you of this as soon as we are aware of any situation. During seasonal times such as Purim, World Book Day/Book Week, Halloween, Christmas & New Years, we experience a higher level of orders both in-store and on-line. Therefore, please try to order in advance to avoid disappointment. We will stop processing orders a few days before the date of the seasonal event. 


RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact us for a refund or exchange. Please email us and ensure to include your order number and reason for return. We will advise you of what to do next. Please note, we can not help you with returns by telephone.

Below is some brief information on how we deal with refunds & exchanges.

If you simply change your mind after receiving your order, you have 7 days to inform us of your intention to return, either for an exchange or a refund. If a refund is required, upon safe return of the goods (including any accessories, sundries and original packaging), we will credit the same payment card used for the purchase as soon as possible. If an exchange is required, upon safe return of the goods (including any accessories, sundries and original packaging), we will send out the replacement/s within 2 working days. The postage for sending out the new item/s will need to be paid by the customer. In any case, we will not refund the original delivery charges, and you will be responsible for paying the return delivery charges too.

If any goods received are faulty, damaged, supplied in error or not supplied as described on our website, then we request you to inform us of this this within 2 days of receiving delivery of your order. In this case, we will offer you a full refund inclusive of any delivery charges or the option to exchange, subject to safe return of the goods (including any accessories, sundries and original packaging).

Purchases made from seasonal ranges i.e. Halloween, Christmas, New Years etc, must be returned before the event date, so we are able to re-sell the stock. We will not accept any returns after the event date has passed.

IMPORTANT: If we have requested for you to return the goods to us, please ensure proof of postage is retained.

The right of cancellation referred to above does not apply to any personalised goods; custom-made products; perishable goods; bespoke items; or items of hygiene concern such as party blowers, contact lenses, face paints, eye-wear, wigs, hats, head-wear, masks, noses, teeth, mouth pieces, ears, earrings, eye patches, facial hair, body hair, hosiery, tights, pants, and gloves.
